Ryan Denehy, the founder, and CEO of Electric observed that part from Yelp there is no other modern IT solution for the industries to resolve issues. Since it is a time taking and the only process available, he wanted to solve the IT problem by building a modern approach and this led to the origin of Electric – to offer chat based IT support which helps the customers to run the better business using better technology. 

And now Electric has created a revolution in the IT support by possessing the World’s 1st Automated IT platform within a short span. Funds Raised

With the Venture capital firm, GGV Capital as the lead investor and participation from Bessemer venture partners, Electric has raised $25M in Series B funding round. With this newly raised funds, Electric is planning to scale up their IT Support. Currently, the mission of Electric is to become as the De-facto Solution in IT for businesses across the country. The newly raised funds bring the total funding of Electric to $37.3M.
