TikTok

TikTok is a video-sharing app that allows users to watch and create short videos of 15 seconds long with the music on background from popular songs or their own collection. It provides an option for lip-syncing and recording, which has been one of the primary reasons behind its success among people between 13 to 25 years of age. 

The primary reason for its success is that it is effortless to use, and users can be creative with their videos. Generation Z is the main user of TikTok to get in on trends and seek social validation in their teenage years. 

Facebook

Facebook has been one of the most used social media apps ever since it was launched in 2004. It is among the top applications that attract many users daily as Facebook allows them an ‘open platform’ to communicate with friends and family.

As of October 2021, in the USA, LinkedIn had an audience reach of 180 million users! This was then followed by India which accounted for an audience of 81 million.
